About Forest Mill Farm
We are a proud maple syrup and honey producer located on the Coventry/Tolland line, committed to crafting high-quality Grade A maple syrup and producing raw, local honey.
As we prepare for the 2025 season, we're excited to share that we’re undergoing a major expansion. This year, we've tripled the size of our sugarbush taps. Additionally, we've partnered with Smoky Lake Maple Products to invest in a brand-new, high-efficiency commercial evaporator. We're also putting the finishing touches on our beautiful new post-and-beam sugarhouse. These upgrades will help us significantly boost our syrup production for the upcoming season.
Our syrup is now available at local farmers markets, schools, and stores. You can also purchase directly from us or through our website.

Climate Smart Processes
We operate the most energy-efficient evaporators in our maple syrup production. We also using Reverse Osmosis technology to reduce our boil time and save energy.
Innovative Solutions
We employ a unique process combined with geospatial technology to map our maple trees and tubing so we take them down every year. This approach allows our tubing to last longer and reduce waste.
