About Forest Mill Farm
At Forest Mill Farm LLC, making maple syrup and producing honey with integrity means more than producing exceptional flavor—it means honoring the forest and honeybees that makes it possible. Our sugarbush is managed with care, following sustainable practices that protect soil health, preserve diverse tree species, and provide safe habitat for birds and wildlife. Every step, from tapping to bottling, is guided by a commitment to transparency, environmental stewardship, and quality you can taste. When you choose our maple syrup, you’re not only enjoying a pure, natural product—you’re supporting a legacy of responsible forestry that will keep our woods thriving for generations.
We love connecting with new people and sharing our passion for maple syrup and honey.
We look forward to seeing you soon!

Climate Smart Processes
We operate the most energy-efficient evaporators in our maple syrup production. We also using Reverse Osmosis technology to reduce our boil time and save energy.
Innovative Solutions
We employ a unique process combined with geospatial technology to map our maple trees and tubing so we take them down every year. This approach allows our tubing to last longer and reduce waste.

Quality Process
We exclusively use NSF food-grade certified equipment to ensure quality and safe products.
Committed Focus
We are deeply committed to crafting maple syrup with care, integrity, and respect for the forest. Every step—from managing our sugarbush sustainably to tapping each tree—is guided by our dedication to quality, environmental stewardship, and the well-being of the wildlife that call our woods home.
Vertically Integrated
We are proud owners of our land and all the processes in making maple syrup. We built our sugar house and source local building products whenever possible.

Conservation Focus
We collaborate with foresters at the private, state and federal level. We are proud to be recognized by the Connecticut Audubon Society to be part of their bird-friendly-maple program.
